ORDER
When you have purchased your order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail, of which it appears which products you have ordered. This is an electronic receipt for the conformation of your order, and not a legally binding order conformation. JURENKA Organic Body Care ApS (then JURENKA) therefore has the option to cancel your order as a consequence of misprints, technical difficulties, delivery failures and similiar situations.
Binding order conformation/invoice will be sent to you, once we have shipped the products you have ordered.
PAYMENT
JURENKA accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-dankort, VISA, og Mastercard. There is no charge on payment cards.
Payment will be withdrawn from your account, when the products have been shipped.
All prices on the products are in danish kroner incl. VAT, excl. delivery costs. JURENKA uses an approved payment sever, that encrypts your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so your informations are secure and unreadable.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We offer delivery in the following ways:
- Post Nord with distribution
- Post Nord – Choose your own place of delivery
- Pickup at our address by appointment.
Expected delivery time is 1-3 weekdays from the date of the order conformation. Ordered commodities will be shipped gathered. JURENKA is responsible for the commodities until you have recieved them. We are delivering in all of Denmark, however not to Greenland and Faroe Islands. The delivery costs connected with your purchase appears from your order as well as you order conformation and will be charged along with your payment for your purchase.
CANCELLATION
You have 14 days of cancellation, when you shop at JURENKA. The cancellation deadline will expire 14 days after you have recieved your commodities. You must notice us within 14 days from the receipt, if you wish to cancel you purchase.
Your notice must be given by writing to info@ ORGANICJURENKA.com or call +45 2060 1079. In your notice you will have to be very clear that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also choose to use our standard return form and send it return. The return form will be shipped with your order conformation and at the bottom of this page.
You cannot regret by refusing to receive the commodities, without having given us the notice.
RETURN
You need to send and return your commodities to us without unnecessary delay, and not more than 14 days after you have given us a notice that you wish to cancel your purchase. The commodities needs to be unused, undamaged and in orginal packaging. You are responsible for the delivery costs of the returned commodities. We do not accept packages sent pr. COD. By return you are responsible for a secure packaging. You are responsible for the commodities from the time you send them until we have received them. The returned commodities are to be in the same condition as when you received them.

You can also regret the purchase by given a clear notice and deliver the commodities personally at the above-mentioned address. You have to enclose a copy of the order conformation. The expedition will go faster if you also fill out our standard withdrawal form.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED THE CANCELLATION RIGHT
Following commodities are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of commodities with health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.
- Gift certificate
With the purchased skin care products etc. you will lose your withdrawal rights, if you break the packaging or have used the product, because the product is not suitable to be returned given the health protection or hygiene reasons.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you have paid us. In case of impairment, which you are responsible for, it will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Notice that the shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is canceled.
The amount will be returned to you as soon as JURENKA has received your notice that you regret your purchase, if the commodity has yet to be shipped. Upon return of the commodities, you will recieve the amount when JURENKA has reviewed the return.
DUTY OF INSPECTION AND DEFECTS
When you recieve your order you must immediately examine the order in order to establish any defects or imperfections your purchase. You may complain within 24 months after you have recieved the order. You have to complain in reasonable time after having discovered the defect. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
PERSONAL DATA
To make a purchase at ORGANICJURENKA.com, we need following information: Name, address, phone number, email address. We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the commodities to you. The personal data will be registered at JURENKA and will be stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting information through our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is being collected and why. The personal data is transmitted, not encrypted and will be stored in a database located in a secure server. Information given to www.ORGANICJURENKA.com will not be passed on or sold in any way to third parties and we do not register any personally sensitive information. As registered at JURENKA, you always have the right to object the registration. You will also have the right to have an insight in which information, that is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and inquiry in connection with this, is addressed to JURENKA via e-mail info@ ORGANICJURENKA.com
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you have any complaints concerning your purchase, please contact us by email info@ ORGANICJURENKA.com or by the telephone+45 2060 1079. If we fail to find a solution, you will be able to file a complaint to Center for Klageløsning in Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen, Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, provided that the conditions for this is met.
